Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall install, attach or distribute any media product harmful to juveniles in any place open to the general public.

On August 12, 2013, the Defendant, at around 14:50, distributed a media product harmful to juveniles to the public where the public pass, such as releasing from the entrance of 143 16-10, the Defendant, at the Busan Maritime Transportation Daegu Maritime Transportation, 143, 16-10, 6 copies of a pre-fluored leaflet, on which fluoral pictures and contact numbers, etc. are printed, suggesting commercial sex acts, such as Bana, are attached as plastic tape.
