Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) using a computer and printer at the Defendant’s house located in the Gunsan-si located in the Gunsan-si, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “D, around January 9, 2015, it is possible for the Appellant to develop the training site as a national park site, and it is also possible to construct a farm house or develop the forest located in the Gun E located in the Jeonbuk-gun located in the Jeonbuk-gun, a real estate subject to many restrictions; (b) it is possible to gain much profits if one year exists; and (c) the Defendant received KRW 170 million in total as a down payment and intermediate payment from A; and (d) around February 26, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the public service center in charge of the receipt of the transfer/acquisition contract in the name of A and exercised it; and (d) submitted it to the public service center in the 3rdbuan-gun, the same day before the receipt of the case.

However, in fact, the above D provided against the Defendant that “The above forest may be punished for money by constructing a training center as a national park site,” and that there was no false statement as stated in the above complaint, and there was no fact that the Defendant was belonging to the Defendant. In addition, even though the Defendant had consented in advance to the preparation of the above transfer/acquisition contract, he prepared a complaint stating the above false fact and submitted it to the police station.

In this respect, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment.
