around 23:00 on December 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was at the Cjuju located in Geum-gu, Busan; (b) was under the influence of alcohol to the victim D(the age of 49); (c) caused the Defendant to injure the victim with the tearing part of the body that could not be known about the treatment period, on the ground that the Defendant was breadous and bad.
