The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is currently serving in a divorce lawsuit as the victim B (n, 67 years of age) and the husband’s family relation.

On July 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, the Defendant: (b) sought the victim’s residence in Jeju-si, and (c) took a door to the victim of the defect that he/she intends to open and intends to enter; (b) took a door to the victim’s hand from entering; (c) took the victim’s hand, knicked the victim’s right chest on one hand; and (d) pushed the victim’s right chest on one hand.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
