A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor by assault, etc. at the Daegu District Court on May 2, 2010, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 30, 201, and is currently under probation.

1. Injury;

A. B.
