A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. 2. On August 25, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) on the front side of “Kcafeteria” in the J of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) discovered a car with no number on which the victim in the name was parked; (c) opened the entrance door in order to steal money and valuables or automobiles by entering the door door at the seat of the door at the seat of the door, but was attempted by the door on the wind.
