Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1442 is a user who runs an educational service business using seven full-time workers, who is a representative director D in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C three-story.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That the date may be extended by an agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

Nevertheless, the Defendant employed in the said workplace from December 1, 2015 to January 20, 2016 and served as a retired worker E’s wage of 367,740 won in January 2016 and from April 20, 2015 to February 24, 2016, and did not pay two above wages of 1,196,460 won in November 2015, 2015, 2,595,840 won in January 2, 2016, 2,148,281 won in February 2, 2016, and 6,321 won in total as wages of 2,148,321 won in each of the above two wages within 14 days from the date on which the grounds for payment occurred without an agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment date.

The Defendant, as the representative director of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., which is the 2016 high-level 1958, was an employer who is engaged in the educational service and employs seven full-time workers. From March 16, 2015 to February 29, 2016, the Defendant did not pay KRW 800,000 for retired workers G, and KRW 70,000 for maturity incentives, within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the payment date between the parties concerned.

The defendant of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2016 High 2048 is the representative director of D, who is in the third floor of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and runs the educational service business by using seven full-time workers.
