1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Pakistan for the purpose of owning ships. The Plaintiff is the parent company of the Plaintiff, and the Oral Help Shipping Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Odic Help Shipping”) is the original fishing vessel Co., Ltd.
