The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

At around 08:00 on July 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) sought a victim who was hidden in his/her inner room on the ground that he/she did not fully repay his/her own mother’s debt amounting to KRW 2.5 million; and (b) sought the victim’s face and head’s face at least three times, and assault the victim.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. On September 11, 2020, after the indictment of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to have the defendant punished.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
