Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 7, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Gwangju District Court on March 24, 2020 and completed the execution of the sentence.

[2073] At around 01:40 on May 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) confirmed the parked vehicle at the first floor parking lot of the C apartment apartment underground of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City; and (b) opened a door of the vehicle, and cut off the vehicle’s property owned by the victims via the same method 12 times in total, as stated in the “crime List” from May 31, 2020.

On June 3, 2020, at around 05:03, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat door door of a H-low vehicle parked on the front of the F-house in Gwangju Mine-gu without correcting the victim G; and (b) cut off one cell phone of the market price, which was located in the front place of the vehicle’s seat, and was stored in the Contacsh, and cut off.

2. On June 4, 2020, at around 05:51, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat door of K7 vehicle parked in the side of the I building of the Gwangju Mine-gu without correction by the victim J; and (b) stolen cash worth KRW 500,000, which was kept in the contact heading.
