Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of 04:00 on 0.171% around 04:00, and the Defendant was driving a vehicle from approximately 500 meters from the front day of the Seoul Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-ro 472, to the front day of the 97 Jinak Fire Station in the same Gu-ro 500 meters.
