1. Of the instant lawsuit, each of the lands listed in the attached Tables 1 and 2 against the Defendant Republic of Korea.
Reasons
Basic Facts
In 1911, KK with an address in Lriri concerning each land listed in the attached Table 3, 4, 8, and 9 of the attached Table 3, 1913, and Ma with an address in 1913 with respect to each land listed in the attached Table 5, 5, 7 of the attached Table 1, 2 with respect to each land listed in the same land research division as the forest survey report for Jri-gun of Gyeonggi-do, which was prepared during the Japanese occupation period.
Each of the lands listed in the separate sheet of this case (hereinafter “each of the lands of this case”) was entirely destroyed due to the 625 incident and the cadastral record was entirely destroyed due to the 625 incident, and the land cadastre was prepared due to the cadastral restoration.
The Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of initial ownership on October 13, 1995 with respect to each of the lands listed in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this case, and completed the registration of initial ownership on each of the lands listed in paragraphs (3) through (7) of this case, and there is no registered titleholder on each of the land cadastre. With respect to each of the lands listed in paragraphs (8) and (9) of this case, the registration of initial ownership transfer was completed on each of the following grounds: (a) Defendant G’s shipbuilding filed a lawsuit for confirmation of ownership against Defendant Republic of Korea and the winning judgment was affirmed on September 12, 2006 (Seoul Central District Court Decision 2005Da157322); (b) Defendant G completed the registration of initial ownership transfer on each of the lands listed in paragraphs (8) of this case on October 12, 2007; and (c) the registration of initial ownership transfer was completed on each of the donations made to Defendant H on May 1, 2013.
On July 15, 1931, 1931, O, the plaintiffs' shipbuilding, died, and son M solely inherited O's property according to the common law of the Gu.
M died on October 15, 1976 from the original place of land as the “head-Gun P,” and the heir died on October 15, 1976. The heir was the head of Q, the heir of Q, and R, the heir of Q, the heir of Q, and R, the plaintiff D, and F, and Q died on June 2, 2015.
