A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Although the defendant demanded the victim B (n, 63 years of age) who is his spouse, he was dissatisfied with the victim's complaint.

1. On November 5, 2018, at around 07:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) stated the Defendant that the said victim did not go to the house without raising money to the Defendant; (b) stated that the Defendant “I will leave the fire” to the Defendant; (c) attached a disposable-ro gate, which is an object dangerous to D advertising located in the house, and then moved the fire to part of the clothes, the lap and the lap, which was located therein.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and expressed the same attitude to inflict harm on the life, body and property of the victim.

2. On November 19, 2018, at the Defendant’s house around 19:50, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim B would die and die; and (b) stated plastic bottles inside the house and carried 7.42 litres, which are dangerous articles purchased from the “Friju station located in Daegu Dong-gu E,” and carried 7.42 litres, which are articles purchased from the “Friju station located in Daegu Dong-gu,” in the said plastic box.

After that, the above defendant got through the stairs of the fourth floor in front of the entrance of the above defendant, the dwelling room inside the house, the main floor of the bank, the bend room, and the bend room of the above defendant, followed the above victim by "Woo, Doz., Doz."

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and expressed the same attitude to inflict harm on the life, body and property of the victim.
