On May 9, 2016, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle on the sag box located in the Sag-gu, Sag-gu, Sag-si, Sag-si, Sag-si, was replaced by a stop signal at the signal apparatus installed on the crosswalk at the above location while driving the said vehicle, but proceeded without violating the said signal.

As a result, the Defendant did not comply with the traffic safety facilities.
