The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on May 4, 2016, when there was a dispute between the Defendant’s home and the Defendant’s wife C (n, 41 years of age) and the Plaintiff’s salutism in the wife B, which is the Defendant’s house; (b) and (c) caused the Defendant to capture the Defendant’s home with the Defendant’s home, and assaulted the Victim by saluting the Defendant’s two arms and saluting them.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. On September 7, 2016, Sept. 7, 2016, after the indictment of this case, the injured person withdraws his wish to punish the Defendant.

(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
