Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with a d pertaining to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On November 24, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.184% during blood transfusion, and proceeded back on the side road in front of the “F cafeteria” located in both weeks E at both weeks, with the side road as the spong spon spon spon.

A person engaged in driving service shall not drive under the influence of alcohol, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering gear and brakes.
