Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 20 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of D who runs a wholesale and retail business of herb drugs.

Around June 19, 2012, around July 4, 2012, and around September 1, 2012, the Defendant supplied her herb drugs to the Hanyang-gu Overseas Posium room in Goyangyang-gu E. In such a case, the Defendant was obliged to supply the her herb drugs by clearly separating the her “rogate pos” that may cause kidne diseases and the “rogate posium used as medicinal herbs.” In addition, the Defendant had a duty of care to prevent patients from taking advantage of the her medicinal herbs as harmful to the patients.

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant did not request the inspection of herb materials and did not purchase them from G companies, the Defendant supplied them to the “Pipe box” purchased in the “Pipe box” market located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun with the Republic of Korea, the purchasing place, the “G Company (H in Seongbuk-gu), the inspection agency’s “I”, and the Chinese herb materials supplied with the Stick box indicating the “rogate.”

Since then, at around September 10, 2012, K Building 701 operated by the Korean Medical Doctor J, Changwon-si K Building 701, it prescribed 'B' for victims L(n, 37 years of age) and 'B' for ‘B' for ‘B' for ‘B' for ‘F' supplied by the Defendant, with the knowledge of ‘B' for ‘B' for ‘B' for ‘B' for ‘B' for ‘B' for ‘B' for ‘B'.

Accordingly, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to occupational negligence, such as chronic kidney diseases (five (five) and urology), such as the number of days of treatment.
