Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. From around 14:00 to around 15:00, between the lower end of August 2018, 2018 and around 15:00, a philophone was administered by inserting approximately 0.07g of a local mental medicine caturine (one catphone; hereinafter “philophone”) into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence located in Youngdo-gu-gu-gu-gu in Busan, and inserting the caton into a catrophone after melting in the water.

2. On September 15, 2018, at around 16:00, the Defendant administered crying “Dratry” in the Busan Young-gu, Busan Young-do, by inserting approximately 0.07g grophone into coffee and melting them.
