A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the I representative director of the agricultural corporation.

No person who receives or promises to receive money, valuables, entertainment or other benefits, or who causes or promises to give such money, valuables, entertainment or other benefits shall not be allowed to give or promise to give them to a third party in connection with cases or affairs handled by a public official.
