A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
703,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant and C agreed to cultivate marijuana along with D and E, even if they were not the narcotics handler.
Around November 2013, the Defendant and C, according to the foregoing conspiracy, set up clothes, ESD lamps, transshipment facilities, and temperature systems at the dwelling of the Defendant and C located in F in Sju City, and cultivated the 21 week by planting it into flowers.
Around April 2014, the Defendant and C continuously moved marijuana cultivated under the above heading G apartment 702 Dong 2904, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2014 and cultivated marijuana in the above way until June 24, 2014.
Accordingly, the defendant and C cultivated marijuana even though they are not the narcotics handler.
2. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;
(a) Any person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) shall be prohibited from selling, smoking or smoking marijuana;
(1) On March 24:00 at the end of 2014, the Defendant received 100,000 won in cash from J in front of the “I” store in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Seoul H Station and sold 1g of marijuana.
(2) On April 16, 2014, the Defendant received 200,000 won in cash from the roads front of K Station in Songpa-gu Seoul, and sold 2gg of marijuana to the said J.

(4) On June 24, 2014, around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) 702 Dong Apartment-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) 2904, Gaoling G apartment 702, 2904, and 0.3g of marijuana using a stringer; and (c) dupliced in a way that smokes.
(5) On June 24, 2014, the Defendant possessed approximately 4.1g of marijuana at the Defendant’s bank, for the purpose of smoking around 16:30 on June 24, 2014.
B. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
(1) From January 2014 to February 2014, the Defendant is “I” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
