All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant, August 18, 2014, signed the instant construction contract, etc. (hereinafter “J”) by J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”).

(2) On December 7, 2014, the date of commencement, August 2014, the date of commencement, and December 7, 2014, the date of completion of the 650,000,000 won for the construction cost (excluding value-added tax), three church buildings (Ldong, company houses, Mdong, and hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) in the GJ’s land unit in Gyeonggi-gun-gun.

(a) In the event of an increase or decrease in the quantity of construction works due to a modification of design under paragraph (1), the unit price of the construction works shall be based on the specifications of the construction price under Article 6. (b) The unit price of the construction works not included in the specifications of the construction works shall be determined based on the unit price at the time of the completion of the contract.
