1. The defendant shall pay 73,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from October 22, 2005 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. From the lawsuit (Seoul High Court 2005Na3075), the following adjustment was established on September 21, 2005 from the lawsuit claiming loans against the Defendant (Seoul High Court 2005Na3075).
(3) Article 5 (1)
1. The defendant shall pay 73 million won to the plaintiff by October 21, 2005, and shall pay the unpaid amount plus damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum.
2. The Plaintiff’s remaining claims against the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s claims for loans worth KRW 13 million on December 19, 1996 against the Defendant respectively.
B. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of the extinctive prescription period of claims under the above conciliation protocol.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
