A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) connected to C, a private sports soil site in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu; (b) wired KRW 1,000,000 to the account of the Korean bank in the name of the limited company; (c) charged the game money necessary for hosting; and (d) charged the name winners with hosting the game money in a game predicted the success or loss of the sports game, such as the axis of the said game money; and (c) from that time to March 15, 2017, the Defendant wired KRW 660,000,000 over 344 times, as indicated in the list of crimes, to make it possible for the game to fill the game money and to have the name Buddhist; and (d) lost or lost the game money pursuant to whether or not the game money was used.

In this way, the defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, gambling using similar things to the sports promotion voting right issued through an information and communication network.
