Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. On May 21, 2020, the Defendant, on May 21, 2020, opened a fuel tank for DNA sprinked vehicles parked by the injured party B on the road in front of Daejeon Seodong-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, by inserting the manual pumps, and then stolen them after moving 100 L via the oil tank prepared in advance, and stolen them at around 22:00 on the following day.

At around 22:00 on the 26th of the same month, around 22:00 of the same month, around 22:00 on the 28th of the same month, around 22:00 of the same month, around 22:00 on the 29:00 on the 22:00 of the same month, around 22:00 on the 29:00 on the 29th of the same month, respectively.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the total sum of 702,700 won owned by the victim four times every time.

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

B. On October 2, 2020, the Defendant intruded into the victim’s vinyl house in the same manner as at the same place as at the preceding paragraph at around 01:47, and followed 8 Melelgs in an amount equivalent to KRW 120,00, the market price of the victim’s possession, and stolen the Defendant’s Poster vehicle.
2. On October 11, 2020, the Defendant discovered a NV vehicle owned by the victim M, which was parked in the Lrode, Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, with a view to: (a) around 01:00.
