A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

C.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had the intent to prepare a sales contract and sell the said store to F in spite of the fact that there was no delegation from E, the owner of the division of the store No. 33 of Seoul Jung-gu D shop, Jung-gu, Seoul, as if so delegated.

1. Around November 4, 2011, the Defendant: (a) had, for the purpose of the exercise of a contract, enter “H, F, E, and Person A” in the seller column “H,” in the seller column “H,” and “H, F, and the seller column “I, E, and Person A”; and (b) had, for the purpose of the exercise of a contract, arbitrarily affix the E seal affixed to the name of the delegating E, the delegating, the delegating, “E, and Person A,” in the seller column, without any delegation from E, the Section 33, the sectional owner of the D shop of 8th floor.

As a result, the defendant prepared one copy of the sales contract, which is a private document on rights and duties, by gathering the qualification of the agent of E.

2. Around November 4, 2010, the Defendant: (a) had an employee of Liberland, Co., Ltd., Ltd., in the name-free company, deliver a sales contract prepared with qualification as above, as if he were duly prepared, to F, and (b) had the Defendant sell the said store under the delegation of E, a co-owner of D8-story 333; and (c) caused the Defendant to do so.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the above store because he was not delegated with the sale of the D 33's store from E.

The Defendant, as above, deceiving F, and deceiving F from F, on November 4, 2010 and the same month from F.

5. The amount actually borne by the Victim F in fact by the Company Bank Account (Account Number) in the name of the company bank account (J) in the name of Dongdaemun-gu as the purchase price for the above 33 stores is KRW 79 million.
