1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months;

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, while driving a car with C Corrodo and making a temporary stop on the road located D in Ansan-si, the Defendant: (b) considered that the victim E (here, 19 years old) passed through delivery near the vehicle; (c) parked on the side of the road; and (d) confirmed that he/she was the same head of G building in which the house in which the victim resides F, by getting out of the said vehicle and driving away from the victim’s rear.
