The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty, and there is no error in the misapprehension of the legal principles as to the criminal intent by deceit in fraud, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
