1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,200,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 20, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On August 19, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant, a corporation running an information and communications construction business, concluded a contract for the total installation and supply of broadcasting equipment for the special electric power headquarters training center with the total contract amount of KRW 57,200,000 (including VT).

B. The Plaintiff filed a claim on November 13, 2015 in accordance with the above supply and installation contract, but the Plaintiff received only some amount (30,000 won) deposited on January 29, 2016 and made a promise on the deposit date several occasions, and made a claim for payment of the remainder of this contract not to be deposited in KRW 27,200,000.
