A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-learning car.

On December 11, 2018, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said car without a driver’s license on December 22:40, 2018, led the Defendant to drive the said car on the front of the “c apartment” road, which is located on the 46th nests-ro at the border.

In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating steering steering devices and brakes and safely driving them.

Nevertheless, the defendant was negligent in driving the vehicle on the right side of the road by negligence and received the back side part of the driver's pent-lurgn vehicle, which is owned by the victim E(24 years old).
