A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 06:20 on May 7, 2018, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, fluenced the police officers of the Incheon Seo-gu Police Station, Seodong-gu, Incheon, Seodong-gu, Incheon, Seodong-gu, Incheon, 402, called “I am home-to-face or telephoneed several times to the district, and I am home-to-day.” However, I am home-to-faced the police officers, such as “I am on the back of the patrol, I am back to the broadcasting station, because I am going back to the police station, because I am going back to the police station, because I am going off due to interference with the performance of official duties.”

However, the defendant did not have returned home and continued to have failed for about 20 minutes as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, had a riotous or disorderly speech or behavior at a government office.
