A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 23, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) resisted the victim C(39 years of age) and D’s entrance into the front door of the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City E, 3 Dong 1110 (F apartment) where D reside; (b) resisted the victim C on the ground that the victim C, who was aged less than the Defendant, was satisfying against the Defendant; (c) assaulted the victim C by satisfing the balth of the victim C by satch; and (d) intruded the victim C by continuously pushing the victim C, and intruded the victim C and the victim’s residence by continuously pushing the victim C, and by going to the present door.

2. Refusal to eviction;

A. On September 16, 2012, around 04:30 on September 16, 2012, the Defendant raised an issue of inter-floor noise at the same place as indicated in paragraph 1, and was demanded to turn off the door from the victim C to close the door.

However, the defendant does not respond to it and does not leave the victim's office door from about 20 minutes until 04:50 on the same day, and without good cause, the defendant does not leave the victim's office door door.

The Gu refused to comply with the Gu.

B. At around 17:00 on December 4, 2012, the Defendant received a demand from the victim C’s mother at the same place to turn off the door from the victim D to the end that “I would like to give much education to the victims because of the high-rise noise problem.”

However, the defendant does not respond to it and does not leave about 20 minutes from the same day to about 17:20 minutes, and does not leave the victim's office without good cause.

The Gu refused to comply with the Gu.

C. On December 15, 2012, around 20:30 on December 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) brought an issue of inter-floor noise at the above location; and (b) was demanded by the victim C to turn down the door door from the victim C.

However, the defendant did not respond to it and did not collect approximately 10 minutes until 20:40 on the same day.
