A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around November 9, 2017, the Defendant opened and driven a door that was parked in the instant location for the purpose of theft of money and valuables in front of the 2nd Dong of the Sincheon-ro, 50-1 Saturdays, Dacheon-ro, 50-1, and, at the same time, opened and driven a door that was not locked by DK7 car owned by the victim C.
