Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2015, around 19:20, the Defendant began from the bus stops located in the 5th degree in Sungnam-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and went through the intersection of the Da (D) in front of the bus stops located in the sub-gu, the Defendant used by many unspecified persons to open the bus of Da (D) in front of the Geumnam-gu, Sungnam-si, the 27-ro, Sungnam-si, by getting off the bus of Da (27) and then going through the intersection in front of the victim E (n, 28 years old) seated in front of the passenger seat, and then laid off the fluence in front of the front and rear end of the bus stops located in the sub-gu.
