Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Ulsan District Court on February 9, 2018, and for the same year.

5. The decision became final and conclusive on 19.

At around 16:00 on May 19, 2017, the Defendant purchased a FUSHDA JK-01 electrical bicycle from the victim D in Ulsan Jung-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S.A. JK-01 electrical bicycle to get to and from work to the company. E is working in E, and there is no money now now, it will deposit it at least three days after the monthly wage, and submitted an identification card, and made a false statement by informing the mobile phone number and the workplace telephone number.

However, the defendant has no work experience in E, and even if he purchases electric bicycles, he/she has no intention or ability to pay the price.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the victim one electrical bicycle equivalent to the market price of KRW 1,800,000 from the victim and acquired it by deception.
