1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) buildings described in paragraph (a) from November 27, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: Around April 2014, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the attached list (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) to the Defendant as from May 25, 2014 to May 24, 2015, setting the lease term as KRW 3 million per annum.
