A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 2, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for perjury in the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court on November 13, 2018 and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 13, 2018.
Around August 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had an auction procedure with respect to the Kasan-si C apartment D, which was owned by the Defendant and the Defendant, residing as the lessee from May 2007 to May 21, 2016; (b) had completed the auction procedure with respect to the above B and the Defendant, he voluntarily prepared the lease contract as of September 1, 2009 between B and the Defendant; and (c) had been committed with intent to receive dividends in the order of priority than E, a creditor of the Defendant and the senior distribution right holder, as if B were transferred to D around September 1, 2009.
1. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) found the above C Apartment D, the residence of the firstman B, and called “B, the distribution procedure is underway; and (b) obtained an authorized certificate from B, etc. with the password attached; (c) obtained an authorized certificate from B on May 13, 2017, the Defendant sent four copies of the B’s resident registration card to the government 24 Internet site from the Simsan-si, Simsan-si, Simsan-si, Seoul-do; and (d) copied the part of “F” in the “C Apartment F” recorded in the “D” column in the address No. 23 and No. 25 of the abstract of the resident registration card to the part in addition to the part in the “D” written in another abstract, and transferred the same as the abstract of the B’s resident registration card on October 6, 2009.
Accordingly, the defendant altered one copy of the B resident registration card in the name of the military market for the purpose of exercising.
2. On May 25, 2017, the Defendant for an altered official document is at the court of the Gunsan City, 68 Jeonju District Court’s integrated civil petition office for military production support.
