A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 18, 2014, the Defendant drafted an application for the re-issuance of a driver’s license at the Daejeon Special Metropolitan City Road Traffic Authority’s license test site, 1660-ro 90-ro, Dong-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, with a photograph attached to a person who is not the Defendant’s photograph but the Defendant’s personal seal on his/her identity and submitted it to the public official in charge. As such, the Defendant made the public official in charge of the said issuance enter the fact of the defect into the Defendant’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Daejeon Special Metropolitan City Police Agency.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false report to a public official, and made him enter false facts in his license.

2. On August 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) prepared an application for the re-issuance of a driver’s license at the Dowing Test site of the Road Traffic Authority located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, on the grounds of the loss of a driver’s license; (b) attached a photograph of “B” other than the Defendant’s photograph to the “B” column of the re-issuance application; and (c) submitted it to the “C” who is a public official in charge of the said re-issuance to have the “A driver’s license” stored the “A driver’s license” in the “A driver’s license information system; (d) intended to enter false facts into the

Accordingly, the defendant tried to make a false report to a public official to enter false facts in his license, and attempted to do so.
