The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly adopted and examined by the first instance court and the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the Defendant participated in each of the instant Bophishing fraud on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

There is no error by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on joint principal offenders.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
