A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 17, 200, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million with a fine of KRW 2.5 million with a fine of KRW 2.5 million with a fine of KRW 2.5 million with a penalty of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gangwon Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on July 27, 2009, and a summary order of KRW 2.5 million with a fine of KRW 2.5 million with a penalty of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gangwon Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on November 21, 2014, with a summary order of KRW 4 million with a fine of KRW 4 million issued for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions.
On June 20, 2016, at around 07:35, the Defendant driven B Dok truck under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.076% while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.076%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from approximately 20km section from the Madong-dong, to the front road of the Confucian Park in the Dok-gun Eup of the Crossing-gun, the Dok-si.
