1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 10,000,000 for each Plaintiff and each Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from March 21, 2012 to January 21, 2015; and (c).
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On February 24, 2012, the Plaintiff first met C with the introduction of “D”, a Internet marriage information company.
B. Upon C’s request, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 25,00,000,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant designated by C, and KRW 25,00,000 on February 29, 2012, respectively.
C. On March 16, 2012, the Defendant sent the Plaintiff a Kakao Stockholm message with the following content.

D. On March 20, 2012, upon C’s request, the Plaintiff remitted KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant Nonghyup’s agricultural account designated by C.
E. C was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year on December 19, 2013 for the following criminal facts (victim means the Plaintiff) in Gwangju District Court 2013 Godan2553, 3145 (Consolidated).
On May 21, 2014, the Gwangju District Court 2014No63, which was appealed by C, was sentenced to dismissal of appeal by C on May 21, 2014, which became final and conclusive as it is.
1. The Defendant committed fraud at KRW 50 million, on the other hand, was liable for the total amount of KRW 250 million against B, E, F, and G in 2012. However, there was no certain amount of income, and there was no other property, and the Defendant used money as security to repay obligations to B when he/she received money from the victim as security proving the “lateral system based on marriage.” As such, even though he/she was hedging or was not married, even if he/she did not have the intent or ability to return the money, the money was secured against the victim even though he/she did not have the intention or ability to return it.
