A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Egressing Vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (Egress after accidents).

On February 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 22:19, and had the front of the horizontal road located in the Pyeong-dong at the city of the macro-city drive the vehicle along one-lane from the front side to the front side of the Tong-gu.

At that time, signal lights have been installed on the front of the place, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by checking well the front side of the vehicle driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without a driver's license, committed negligence while driving the said car in the front direction while neglecting the traffic signal at the front direction of the said car, and 487,452 won of the repair cost, such as exchanging the said taxi in front of the said car, was destroyed to the extent that the 487,452 won of the repair cost, such as the exchange of the said taxi in front of the said car, and, at the same time, escaped from the victim E (the victim E (the victim 30 years old), who was on the rear seat of the said taxi in need of medical treatment for about 3 weeks, without taking measures such as aiding the victims.

On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle as set forth in paragraph 1 without obtaining a driver’s license from the GS Mart parking lot located in the ancient city at the same time to the road of about 400 meters in front of the horizontal road in the same city at the same time.
