Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of D concrete pumps (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) with the trade name “C”. The Plaintiff is the owner of D concrete pumps.
The defendant is a company running the construction business, and the business owner newly constructed the E Apartment from June 7, 2015 to January 24, 2018.

The Defendant, among the instant construction works, awarded contracts to F Co., Ltd. on December 5, 2015 and to G Co., Ltd on February 25, 2016.
F Co., Ltd and G Co., Ltd entered into a concrete type of business contract with the Plaintiff.
C. On June 27, 2017, the Plaintiff sent the instant vehicle and the instant vehicle driver H to the construction site of the instant construction site to build concrete. On the same day, the place where concrete is removed was neighborhood living facilities, access roads to underground parking lots, and guard rooms.
