1. On October 8, 2015, from around 11:00 to around 18:00 of the same day, the Defendant cut off 50 saws of bank trees in U.S. under the market price owned by the victim E, which were coreed in Jin Chang-gun C and D, from around 11:00 to around 18:00 of the same day, and stolen them based on bank leaves.

2. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dless driving) with approximately 3 km from the front of the road in the front of the Dogdong-dong in the same military area to the Dogdong-dong village in the same military, while the Defendant was under the influence of a 0.182% alcohol level from blood alcohol level without a motor device bicycle driver’s license.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) was a person holding Oral Ba as stated in paragraph (2) and operated the said Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (2) on the road.
