Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant is a person engaging in driving of Bsch Rexroth vehicles;

At around 12:00 on September 18, 2014, the Defendant moved to park on the roads in front of the 303-Dong-dong Jeju-si, Seosan-si.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to take care of the traffic situation of the front and rear left-hand in the future.

Nevertheless, the Defendant failed to discover the victim C's D-crick vehicle, which was under a stop due to negligence after neglecting this, and was placed before the driver's seat of the damaged vehicle due to Defendant's chief rearer.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C by occupational negligence during approximately three weeks of medical treatment and physical damage equivalent to KRW 420,380 in vehicle repair dogs.

2. The mandatory insurance of the said automobile purchased by the Defendant for violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act was expired on November 4, 2013.

As such, no motor vehicle, which is not covered by mandatory insurance, shall be operated on the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a vehicle that is not covered by the automobile insurance at the temporary location of the accident, such as Paragraph 1.
