A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. from a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on the part of a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on February 28, 2017.

1. B. On November 4, 2017, the Defendant, at around 07:38 to 07:40, presented a stolen e-mail card to an employee M as if he was his own card, as described in paragraph (1), at the convenience store for the operation of the Victim K in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and received an urban fall, etc. after having M pay the total of KRW 6,900 ( KRW 5,600, KRW 1,300, KRW 5,600) on two occasions with the card, and then having M pay the city fall, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims three times in total, received property and used stolen debit cards.
