1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 93,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 26, 2019 to May 31, 2019; and (b) June 1, 2019 for the Plaintiff.

1. From December 1, 2015 to December 24, 2015, the Plaintiff, who received a loan from three financial rights, lent KRW 93,00,00 to the Defendant on the condition that the Defendant bears the interest on the loan for three months and takes over the obligations of the loan thereafter.

However, the defendant did not repay the above loans or take over the plaintiff's obligation of loans against the plaintiff's three financial rights.

Accordingly, the plaintiff claims the above loans and damages for delay against the defendant.
