1. The defendant shall pay 54,250,000 won to the plaintiff and 5% per annum from January 1, 1998 to July 30, 1998, and on July 31, 1998.

On November 1, 2008, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for damages claim against Suwon District Court Decision 2008Ga70905, the judgment below became final and conclusive around that time, “The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff 54,250,000 won with interest rate of 55% per annum from January 1, 1998 to July 30, 1998, and 25% per annum from July 31, 1998 to October 7, 2008, and 20% per annum from October 8, 2008.”

Since the defendant did not pay the above money even after the above judgment, the plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the above judgment.
