Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and Defendant B, the parents of the victim E (F), caused the said Defendants to attend the “H” of the G church operated by Defendant C, a pastor at the middle school, during the course of attending the middle school, and subsequently, had the victims study in the U.S. schools linked with the G church exchange program. However, during that process, they often disputed with the victim due to religious problems, etc.
1. On July 29, 2017, Defendant B: (a) at the victim’s friendship house located in Suwon-si I on July 29, 2017; (b) the victim would not return to his house or H.
