A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the marital relationship between the victim B (n, 38 years of age) and the married couple around May 2008, and the victim C (9 years of age) and the victim D (6 years of age) are children between the defendant and the victim B.

1.
