A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:20 on August 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) abused the total amount of KRW 586,500,00, in total, on 13 occasions from June 2016 to September 11, 2016, using a gap in the “D convenience store” operated by the victim C in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, with a minimum of KRW 54,000 in the market price owned by the victim; (b) and (c) thereby cutting down the share of KRW 586,50,00 in the same manner as the list of crimes, as indicated below.
